Appointment Policy

Appointments are required for all services. Same day appointments are available. Appointments are given 15-minute grace period prior to $25.00 late fee applied. After 30 minutes or no show we will charge your card on file for the full- service appointment. We honor each client and believe in providing safe and professional care. If you are late for your appointment, we will attempt to accommodate your service time slot, however no extension of treatment may be offered due to our clinic schedule.

Payment Policy

The Medical Hubb accepts Apple Pay, Credit & Debit Cards, HSA/FSA Flex Spending Accounts, & Cash (Exact Change Preferred) for services offered. We do not issue any refunds for services rendered. Please verify with your HSA/FSA account if your service will be covered as The Medical Hubb is now held liable for payment denial from your HSA/FSA account. We also offer insurance processing for lab services only. Please bring your active insurance card for lab processing.

Clinical Policy
 

To keep a safe environment, we request only the client being serviced is present. Minors are able to have two guardians/parents present during their visit. 

(COVID-19 & INFLUENZA TESTING)

Viral testing will be conducted in your car. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete your required paperwork. Upon completion of payment, our staff will conduct your test in your car. Please call the clinic upon arrival at 470.625.2211. You may park directly in front of the clinic for your test to be performed. Upon completion of your test, please park in an available parking space and we will provide your result to you. 

We ask all clients to wear a mask while receiving services in The Medical Hubb. We will kindly provide you with a mask if you do not have one.
